1000 Amp DC Motor Controller for Electric Vehicle (EV) Conversions

Description

We have 8 of these custom-built EV motor controllers available.  They are left over from a small production run that we did for a customer last year.
Although custom-built, these controllers are nearly identical to our EP-1000 controller, except they use a single IGBT module instead of two.  This gives it about 50% capacity, but still enough to make well over 200 horsepower.
The only other difference is that this controller uses separate red and black input terminals, instead of the large, orange Tyco battery connector pictured.  Since the Tyco mating connector is over 0, this will save you a little bit on the cost of your conversion.
Although rated for 600 amps and 270 volts, these units have been tested to well over 1000 amps and 310 volts.  They are also 100% plug-and-play.... no programming, setup, or CAN bus is required... simply turn the key, and drive.  These controllers do NOT have a lower voltage cut-off, and will run all the way down to 24 volts.
