Fenton Cobalt Blue Carnival Glass Ruffled Hat Vase "Holly Berries"

Description

For consideration: Fenton pre-1940s cobalt blue carnival glass hat vase.  It measures 3-1/2" tall and 6" at widest opening.  It is in very good condition.  There are two irregularities at the base of two of the seams.  The feel test gave us an alarm, but looking closer with a loop, it appears to be factory flaw.  At one of the flaws, the base curves in a little, which is not characteristic of a chip.  We took photos for your review.
SHIPPING
Due to the nature of our inventory, we don't box our items until we ship.  We spend time and effort to offer the most economical method within reason for safe arrival.  Each item is weighed in the listing listing process with the final gross weight and dimensions

estimated.  Sometimes we are a little low, sometime a little high.  With this, please do not bid more than you are willing to pay.  Shipping is part of the price.  If shipping was free, we would gladly ship free.
TERMS
Our inventory is cleaned and inspected prior to listing.  However, we leave any restoration up to the buyer.  Most of our customers claim our items to be "Better Than Described".  We never want you to be disappointed.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns limited to:  Item Significantly Not As Described or items damaged in transit.
Time limits: Communication must take place with in two days of receipt validated by USPS delivery confirmation.
Refund type: Full Refund; Sorry but we do not give Partial Refunds.
Shipping Returned Items:
Pottery or Glass:  Broken glass or pottery is easy to detect.  Shake the box gently.  If you hear the sound of broken glass, DO NOT OPEN THE BOX AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY and we will give you further instructions.
Returned items must be shipped in the original box it came in.
A digital photo of damaged or Not as Described items will need to be provided prior to our investigation.  Otherwise, your item will not qualify for a return/refund.

We are auctioneers.  More than often, our starting bid is less than what we pay for an item.  We never shift our shipping expense into the starting price in the guise of "free shipping".  You don't like the shipping cost?  We don't either.  Always consider the total cost and you will find our prices are very competitive.
