Vintage Teachers Phrase Rubber Stamp W.T. Rogers Homework NEW Old Stock

Description

This is a teacher's phrase stamp -- you know when you get a comment on the homework or class papers?  The rubber stamp includes twelves phrases on a dial mechanism.  The stamp has a wooden handle and aluminum wheels.  Sold by the W. T. Rogers Co. of Madison Wisconsin.  It is unused and comes in the original box which has a small tear on the front (see the photo).   Use with a stamp pad.  THIS IS NOT SELF-INKING.
